ORDERING

Artemo Fabrics sells products to individuals of legal age.

Products are ordered through the online store. Once the order has been placed and paid for at the checkout, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the delivery terms. If you encounter any problems with the online store or your order, please contact us by email: artemofabrics@gmail.com.

There is no minimum order in euros in the online store. For fabrics, the minimum order is
50 cm / color / product and for upholstery fabric custom products 100 cm (1 m) / color / product.

If a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered within the promised time for any other reason, we will contact you immediately.

Product prices include 25.5% VAT. These delivery terms apply to orders delivered to Finland. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. If there is a clear pricing error in the product, we reserve the right not to sell the product. We are not responsible for force majeure affecting delivery.

The images in the online store are for reference only. The colors of fabrics and other products may vary due to device display settings and production batches. The width of fabrics may also vary from production batch to production batch. We are happy to send fabric samples so that you can verify the exact color and quality of the product.

Payment options: Credit card payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

PROVISION

At the checkout of the online store, you can choose your preferred delivery method. In Finland, Posti and Matkahuolto packages and pickup from Hattula (Kanta-Häme) are available. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout in connection with the delivery method and in the order summary. Delivery costs are determined based on the selected delivery method and the content of the order.

DELIVERY TIME

We will ship your order within 1–3 business days, often on the same day you place your order. Any additional delivery times will be announced separately on the online store website.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE FINLAND

We also deliver products abroad. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and the size of the shipment. If you would like to order outside of Finland, please contact us by email: artemofabrics@gmail.com

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Products in the online store have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return does not apply to fabrics that have been cut to size and are free of defects. If you suspect a defect, do not cut or wash the fabric before investigating the matter. When washing fabrics, follow the product-specific washing and care instructions; more detailed instructions are also available electronically upon request.

The customer is responsible for the costs of exchange and return shipments. In the event of a complaint, if there is a clear defect in an unused product, we will be responsible for the return costs. Please always notify us of returns, exchanges and complaints by email first.

An order not picked up is not a cancellation of the order. We will charge the actual shipping and return costs for unpicked shipments.

If the product is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us and the shipping company (e.g. Posti or Matkahuolto) immediately. We will do our best to track the shipment and, if necessary, file a complaint with the shipping company.
